"An Evening With" is UIC's signature event where we bring a public figure to campus to share their stories and insights with our student body. The guest for An Evening With 2020: David Dobrik 

Estimated Attendance: 600 people 

My role for this event was serving as the committee chair and leading artist hospitality. 

Duties included:

- Contacting agencies for talent availability and quotes  

- Booking David Dobrik 

- Fulfilling rider needs / artist hospitality

- Managing M&G experience 

- Creating ticket give-away opportunities 

- Selecting a student commentator to lead the discussion with David 

- Assisting David + team day of event, Green Room management 

- Booking security 

- Maintaining budget sheets 

- Creating itinerary for day of event 

- Creating floor plan / layout

- Managing event staff day of event
