Stagecoach is an annual country music festival in Indio, California.

Estimated Attendance: 80,000 people per day

My role for this event was working in their ticketing and credentials department.

Duties included:

- Distributing proper credentials to guests and artists picking up their passes

- Providing excellent hospitality

- Troubleshooting ticketing software

- Finding solutions for guests and artists who are having issues with their credentials

- Handling valuable merchandise
