Coachella 2023

Coachella: April 14 - April 23, 2023. @ Empire Polo Club. Indio, CA

Coachella is an annual music and arts festival in Indio, California with an eclectic mix.

Estimated Attendance: 500,000 attendees over two weekends 

My role for this event was working in their ticketing and credentials department.

Duties included:

- Distributing proper credentials to guests and artists picking up their passes

- Providing excellent hospitality

- Troubleshooting ticketing software

- Finding solutions for guests and artists who are having issues with their credentials

- Handling valuable merchandise
