Lollapalooza 2021

Lollapalooza: July 29 - August 1 2021. @ Grant Park. Chicago, IL

Lollapalooza is an annual four-day music festival in Downtown Chicago with an eclectic mix. 

Estimated Attendance: 100,000 people per day 

My role for this event was working in their ticketing and credentials department.

Duties included: 

- Distributing proper credentials to guests and artists picking up their passes

- Providing excellent hospitality 

- Troubleshooting ticketing software 

- Finding solutions for guests and artists who are having issues with their credentials 

- Handling valuable merchandise
