UIC's Homecoming Dance is an event for students to come together and celebrate the past, present, and future of UIC. 

My role for this event was serving as the events committee chair and managing the planning committee

Estimated Attendance: 2,000

Duties Included: 

- Booking venue 

- Reviewing & tracking contract with venue

- Creating an aesthetic environment that captured this years theme of "Wonder" from lighting to decor 

- Booking catering 

- Strategic marketing to promote event

- Managing event staff day of event 

-  Managing ticketing system 

- Arranging shuttles to take students to and from campus & the venue 

- Maintaining budget sheets 

- Booking the DJ

- Creating floor plan / layout 

- Creating application to select Homecoming Court
